Jules Schnedeker is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and proud co-founder of Plant-Based Point, recently co-authoring the cookbook, BEEFLESS CAKES: Easy Plant-Based Recipes featuring Beefless Cakes. She’s an honors graduate of The New School with a degree in Creative Writing and earned her MA in Humane Education from Valparaiso University.
